SUPPORT

Procurement Help

Guidance for using product information, documentation, and the review-based procurement workflow.

Finding Products

How do I find a product?

Use Catalog to browse eligible products or use the site search to search by product name, identifier, or SKU where supported. Product availability and presentation are controlled by the current catalog rules.

What if I cannot find the product I need?

Use the approved support channel to ask whether the requirement can be reviewed. A support inquiry does not guarantee that a product can be sourced or supplied.

Product Data and Documentation

What is Product Data?

Product Data organizes published product identifiers, specifications, and documentation status by product. It is not a second catalog and does not create a separate documentation library.

What do COA, HPLC, and LC-MS mean on this site?

They identify supported documentation categories associated with a product and, where applicable, a batch. A document link is shown only when the current public-view rules allow access.

What does Pending Review mean?

Pending Review means the relevant information or request is awaiting controlled review. It does not mean the information has been approved, published, or guaranteed for delivery.

Why is documentation unavailable for some products?

Documentation availability varies by product and batch. If no eligible approved document is currently published, the site should not present it as available. Procurement review may confirm whether additional information can be provided.

Pricing and Request Cart

What is a Reference Price?

A Reference Price is informational. It is not a final offer, invoice, or guaranteed transaction price. Final pricing and availability are confirmed only through the procurement review process.

What is Request Cart?

Request Cart helps organize selected products and quantities before procurement review. Shipping, availability, documentation, and final pricing remain subject to review and confirmation. The current procurement-review checkout does not collect online payment at that step.

Submitting a Procurement Request

How do I submit a request?

Select the relevant product and pack where available, provide the required contact and requirement information, and submit it through the existing procurement-request pathway. Submission starts a review; it does not itself confirm supply, final price, documentation, or delivery.

What happens after submission?

The request enters manual review. The procurement workflow may use the verified business email and secure request communication to provide follow-up information.

Accounts and Secure Messages

What is Account Center?

Account Center provides the existing WooCommerce account experience and access to account-related functions made available by the site.

How should I discuss an existing request?

Use the secure message link or request workspace provided for that request when available. Access links and tokens should not be forwarded to unauthorized recipients.

Request Status Guidance

  • Pending Review: The request has been received and is awaiting manual review.
  • In Review: The request is being assessed. Pricing, availability, documentation, and delivery are not yet final unless separately confirmed.
  • Closed: The request workflow has been closed. Review the associated communication for context.
  • Rejected: The request cannot proceed in its current reviewed form. Review the associated communication for any available explanation.
